# “Is that it?” – Rangers fans laugh at West Brom’s ‘pathetic’ Morelos offer

“Is that it” – A lot of Ger fans are baffled at West Bromwich Albion’s pitiful bid of [£10m](https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/alfredo-morelos-transfer-latest-rangers-18858883) for Alfred Morelos.

The Baggies have supposedly had an opening offer[turned down](https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/alfredo-morelos-transfer-latest-rangers-18858883) by Rangers – and many Gers fans cannot believe how low the offer was.

Morelos has [discipline issues](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/alfredo-morelos/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/338962), but last year he scored over [30 goals](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/alfredo-morelos/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/338962) in all competitions – and so far, this season he has [scored four](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/alfredo-morelos/profil/spieler/338962) in Europa League Qualifying.

This makes him vital to Steven Gerrard’s side – and an offer as low as [£10m](https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/alfredo-morelos-transfer-latest-rangers-18858883) could be seen as insulting in some ways.

Considering they have just watched Celtic walk away with [£25m](https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11670/11779719/kieran-tierney-fee-agreed-between-arsenal-and-celtic) for Kieran Tierney – then Rangers can ask for the same if not more for their [main goal threat](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/alfredo-morelos/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/338962).

A lot of Rangers fans are confused at West Brom’s bid for their 23-year-old striker.

These Rangers fans believe that if Tierney can go for [£25m](https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11670/11779719/kieran-tierney-fee-agreed-between-arsenal-and-celtic), then they should be able to get at least that for Morelos.

Other Gers fans just find the West Brom bid laughable – and that they might be able to take a part of him for that price.
