# “Tremendous” – These Gers fans were delighted with Jordan Jones

“Class today” – A lot of Gers fans were delighted with Jordan Jones’ performance in Rangers 6-1 win over Hibernian at Ibrox.

Jones, who arrived from [Kilmarnock](https://rangers.co.uk/news/headlines/gers-to-sign-glen-kamara-jordan-jones/) in the summer, turned in his best display in a Rangers’ shirt – as [he was instrumental](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/av/football/49314816) in the second goal, and was a constant menace on the left-hand side.

The 24-year-old produced a sublime [piece of skill](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/av/football/49314816) to beat two Hibs defenders and [rolled a pass](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/av/football/49314816) to Sheyi Ojo who crossed for [Jermain Defoe](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/av/football/49314816) – and he scored.

[The assist](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/av/football/49314816) will go down as Ojo’s, but Jones created the opportunity.

So far for the Gers Jones has made [four appearances](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/jordan-jones/profil/spieler/249256) and provided [one assist](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/jordan-jones/profil/spieler/249256) – but this was his [best performance](https://www.footballscotland.co.uk/spfl/scottish-premiership/rangers-6-hibs-1-jordan-16737845) for Steven Gerrard’s side.

These Rangers fans were thrilled with the former Kilmarnock man’s display.
