# These Rangers fans are split on the potential signing of Andy King

“Good move,” “He’s bang average” – A lot of Gers fans are torn over whether they want Andy King or not.

The Welsh international is supposedly on his way to Ibrox for a [season-long loan](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/49352750) – and the move has divided many Rangers supporters.

Some believe he will be a good signing because he is a [winner](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/andy-king/erfolge/spieler/56872) – and has bags of [international experience](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/49352750).

While others see it as a waste of time because Steven Gerrard’s side already have a [lot of midfielders](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/glasgow-rangers/kader/verein/124)– and in their opinion, they don’t need another one.

King is now 30, but in his time with Leicester City, he did score an impressive [67 goals](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/49352750) in [379 appearances](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/49352750) – and that added goal threat from midfield could be a great addition.

However, a lot of Gers fans cannot decide if they want King.

Some Gers fans are convinced that King would be a useful signing for them – and that his goals and experience may prove invaluable.

However, other Rangers fans believe that signing King would be pointless – and that they need to strengthen other positions first.
