# Surprise update regarding Bojan Miovski’s expected Rangers departure

**[Bojan Miovski](https://readrangers.com/tag/bojan-miovski/) is expected to leave Rangers this week, whether on loan or in a permanent deal.**

Earlier today, [Read Rangers](https://readrangers.com/2026/08/31/rangers-bojan-miovski-turkey-move-interest/) detailed the situation surrounding the North Macedonia international striker.

It has now emerged that Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s Feyenoord have enquired about bringing the 27-year-old to Rotterdam.

What a move that would be, and surely a more tempting prospect from a football perspective, although Ankara would mean being close to home and the Black Sea.

Bojan Miovski needs to play regular football and the Eredivisie would be a great platform to resurrect his career after stuttering spells at Girona and Rangers.

## Miovski wanted by Gio’s Feyenoord

The surprise update on Bojan Miovski was provided by the [Rangers Review](https://www.rangersreview.co.uk/features/26509349.business-will-rangers-boost-mcinnes-squad-deadline/), in an overview of the likely business to be conducted at Ibrox over the next couple of days.

[Kevin Kelsy](https://readrangers.com/2026/08/30/rangers-kevin-kelsy-one-step-closer/) is earmarked as the final ‘big’ arrival of the current window, while intrigue surrounds the fate of Amario Cozier-Duberry, with Rangers still interested in bringing the player to Glasgow.

Brighton are still assessing their options for the winger, with the club open to a sale or loan.

The Premier League transfer window closes tomorrow night at 11pm, with Scotland still open for business for a further two days.

An intriguing week lies ahead for Rangers to conduct the final business of the transfer window, then the squad is finalised for a crucial period through to the September international break.

In between is the important midweek game, with Rangers heading through to Falkirk for another important Premiership clash.
