James Tavernier and Lee Wallace are the highest scoring full-back duo in Europe this season with a combined 17 goals.
Tavernier is a fans favourite already after only joining the Ibrox club in the summer from Wigan Athletic, due to his consistent outstanding performances.
The right-back has 11 goals from 33 matches, with his wide free kick in the 1-0 victory against Hibs being a contender for goal of the season.
Tavernier is known for having an exceptional free kick with four out of the Englishman’s 11 goals being from the dead ball situation.
Two of which have been against Scottish Championship challengers Hibs, with the other two coming against Falkirk and Dumbarton.
The full-backs being slipped in behind the opposition defence is a regular part of the ‘Gers attacks this season with both players scoring goals using this method.
Light Blue’s captain, Lee Wallace, joined the club from Hearts in July 2011 and was the first high-profile player to commit his future to the Glasgow giants when they were demoted to the third division.
He has scored six goals so far this season from the left-back position, with his thunderbolt against Livingston being one to remember for the Scotsman.
The Scottish international also scored a brace against St. Mirren, and goals against Raith Rovers and Cowdenbeath to make up his six goal-tally.
