“Amazing it really is” – A lot of Gers fans are confused by the media’s praise of Scott Allan – after he provided the assist for Hibernian’s only goal in their 6-1 thrashing at Ibrox.
Allan threaded a delightful through ball to Daryl Horgan – who prodded the ball beyond Allan McGregor in the Rangers goal.
The 27-year-old showed superb vision and ability to split Rangers’ defence in half. Steven Gerrard even admitted he would have been proud of the pass that Allan provided.
A lot of Rangers fans, though, were quick to point out that his pass had no impact on the final result – as the Gers swatted Hibs aside.

Many Gers fans are annoyed at the media for focusing on one pass rather than Allan’s all-round display – which in their opinion was average.
Key moment 6. Was Horgan onside? Not clear from any replays so far.

While other Rangers fans want to know if Horgan was offside – but no angle is shown of the Irishman, so no one knows if the goal should have counted.
