Confirmed Rangers team lineup vs Hearts: McInnes makes one change

Rangers boss Derek McInnes

Derek McInnes has made one change to the confirmed Rangers team lineup for tonight’s crucial Scottish Premiership clash at Tynecastle.

Hearts vs Rangers is set up to be a cracking contest with plenty at stake.

The Gers have the opportunity to establish a seven-point gap over the Gorgie side, while the hosts can cut the deficit to one point with a win.

Hearts haven’t been beaten at home in the league since April 2025, while Rangers’ last win at Tynecastle came two months before that.

For tonight’s encounter, Djeidi Gassama comes in to the team in place of Badredine Bouanani.

Other than that, consistency wins and there won’t be any surprises from Rangers tonight.

They have already won at Parkhead this season, and can get the win against Hearts, but it will take a full performance for the duration of the game.

Arguably, that hasn’t been the case since that 1-0 victory over Celtic last month.

In a defining week, now is the time to rise to the challenge and set out the title credentials.
