- A Rangers legend couldn’t answer the scariest question surrounding the title race
- Celtic continued are their assault to the top after beating Hibernian
- Rangers have it all to do against Hearts on Monday evening
A Rangers legend couldn’t answer the scariest question posed to him on Sky Sports commentary.
The Gers have got it all to do tomorrow after Celtic moved level on points with Hearts, beating Hibs 2-1.
The result means Rangers are now four points behind the top two, with Hearts standing in their way on Monday evening.
A loss to Hearts would leave Rangers seven points off the top, with three games left, ultimately ending their title challenge.
Falling short this season, following so much work done to get back into contention, would be heartbreaking.
However, it may stop one thing from happening that all Rangers would be happy about, come the end of the campaign.

Not answering the question.
Following Celtic’s victory against Hibs, Rangers legend Kris Boyd was asked an incredibly uncomfortable question.
He was asked whether he would be satisfied with a Rangers loss if it hindered Celtic’s title chase, even if the Bears were out of the running.
Many Rangers fans have probably pondered the question if they lose tomorrow evening.
Instead of answering, Boyd jokingly handed over to the commentary team.
He said: “We’ll hand over to [commentators] Ian Crocker and Mr Chris Sutton.”

Although he didn’t answer the question, his silence spoke a thousand words as to what he thinks about Rangers’ title chances.
The Gers were miles behind Hearts not so long ago and have worked their way back into contention.
Despite a run of 16 league games unbeaten, his silence insinuates he believes Rangers don’t have enough to win the league.
The Gers do have a major task at hand, but everyone knew they would have to beat Hearts and Celtic to secure the title.
Boyd’s avoidance comes with the pessimism of coming short so many times in recent years.
Rangers haven’t won a title since 2021, but everything is still to play for this season.
He and other Rangers fans shouldn’t be thinking about wanting Hearts to win over Celtic.
Especially when Rangers are still in the mix.
