- Some Rangers tickets are still available for the Motherwell and Hibs games
- Both of the remaining home games will be a sell-out
- Spare Rangers tickets can be obtained outside the stadium on matchday
With the title race set to resume this weekend, fans will be eager to secure Rangers tickets for the Motherwell and Hibs games.
Just five games are left, and three of those are away, so the stakes are heightened at Ibrox with everything geared towards the push for 56.
The Hibs game on 13 May will take on extra significance as it will be James Tavernier’s last competitive game at Ibrox, after the captain announced he will leave the club at the end of the season.
Could that also be the night that he lifts the Scottish title for the second time?
What an occasion that would be.
How to get Rangers tickets?
By now, the vast majority of supporters will have their tickets for the last home games of the season against Motherwell and Hibs, respectively.
First up is the visit of Motherwell this Sunday, then Hibs on the penultimate game of the campaign, in a season like no other in recent history.
Season ticket holders have their entry confirmed, but for anyone else looking Rangers tickets, there is good news and bad news.
At the time of writing, there are only single-digit tickets left for the Motherwell game on the club’s official ticket platform.
You need to be a member of the MyGers membership scheme or a season ticket holder to buy now.
The general sale of any remaining Motherwell tickets does not commence until Saturday 25 April.
Similarly, for Hibs, there are only a handful of tickets remaining.
MyGers members can purchase tickets now, ahead of the general sale on Tuesday 12 May.
SeatSub is the club’s official re-sale portal for season ticket holders. Some more may become available as and when holders release their tickets back to the club.
How else can I obtain Rangers tickets?
Unlike in England, it is common to see tickets being sold by supporters outside the stadium on a matchday.
For the bigger games, including Old Firm derbies, demand outstrips supply, but you will see people holding up season cards, or the increasing rarity that is old-school paper tickets.
Since last September, Rangers have introduced mobile-friendly e-tickets for non-season ticket games as well as individual purchases.
This has led to more tickets being re-sold online or on social media.
However, please exercise caution if you are attempting to buy tickets from someone you don’t know.
