- Danny Rohl makes two changes to his team against Motherwell
- James Tavernier misses out on a starting spot after leaving announcement
- Rohl has gone for two up front after incredible Falkirk second half
Rangers manager Danny Rohl has made two changes ahead of the highly anticipated game against Motherwell.
Bojan Miovski and Dujon Sterling have come in to replace Mikey Moore and James Tavernier from the Falkirk victory.
The Gers must win today at Ibrox, with Celtic going above them after their 3-1 victory against Falkirk on Saturday.
Rohl’s side head into the fixture 16 games unbeaten in the league, but the pressure has significantly increased.
Motherwell haven’t won in the last five, but it must be attack, attack, attack at Ibrox this afternoon.
The line-up reflects that mindset, with Rohl going for two up front after Rangers’ scintillating second-half display against Falkirk.

Rangers team to face Motherwell
[4-2-2-2] Butland; Sterling, Djiga, Fernandez, Meghoma; Chukwuani, Raskin; Aasgaard, Gassama; Miovski, Chermiti.
Subs: Kelly, Souttar, Aarons, Tavernier, Diomande, Barron, Skov Olsen, Moore, Antman.
Rohl has predominantly gone for the team that was so exceptional in the second half against Falkirk last time out.
In that game, the Gers struggled in the first half, going into the break 2-1 down.
However, the switch to Miovski and Chermiti up front was the catalyst for a free-scoring Gers side in the second half.
The five goals scored in the second half have been rewarded by Danny Rohl, and the same ruthlessness is expected today.
James Tavernier doesn’t get the start he hoped for, with Dujon Sterling preferred to give more stability.
Miovski netted two against Falkirk and seems to be hitting his goal-scoring stride at the right time.

In my opinion, the past performances basically picked Danny Rohl’s team for him this afternoon.
The two-striker option was relentless against Falkirk, and the same should be expected against a struggling Motherwell.
With two strikers leading the line, it’s sensible for Rohl to bring Sterling in to provide that defensive stability.
Tuur Rommens still isn’t fit, so Jayden Meghoma has the chance to prove his offensive worth at Ibrox.
Are you happy with the team that’s been fielded by Danny Rohl this afternoon?
